Poised Fitness is an innovative, holistic approach to health & fitness.

We combine Functional Strength, Pilates, Yoga, Barre and Mobility classes to achieve a well-rounded and effective fitness routine.

Each discipline targets different aspects of fitness, including strength, flexibility, balance, alignment, injury prevention & longevity.

An integrative nutrition guide, healthy recipes and a healthy living guide are included in each new member’s welcome kit. 1 on 1 nutrition coaching is available upon request.

Functional Strength + H.I.I.T

A 50 minute circuit style resistance training class consisting of functional exercises (multi-joint movement patterns) and a couple cardio exercises. This resistance training class builds muscle while boosting metabolism resulting in stronger, leaner more defined muscles and improved range of motion. Form over function is priority, meaning we want you to have excellent form before increasing weight.
This class includes progressive overload, which is essential for seeing results and improvements in strength. You will do the same workout on Tuesdays for 1 month and the same workout on Thursdays for 1 month.
A new workout is posted the first of each month.
*While consistently changing up your workout may seem less boring, results will also be lacking. Results are important to us as we know they are important to you.

Barre Fusion

A 60 minute class consisting of low impact resistance and cardio exercises. This class enhances your muscle tone, posture, and flexibility while blending barre, low-impact cardio, pilates, and mind-body inspired movements. Barre fusion encourages lighter weights with higher reps to achieve muscular endurance.

Pilates Fusion

A 60 minute class that blends pilates and yoga. This class focuses on core strength, flexibility, stability, balance, and posture while sneaking in movements that raise the heart rate. You can use lighter weights or just body weight alone in this class. It’s optional. Each class ends with relaxing mindfulness.

Mobility Fusion

Our Mobility Fusion class is a unique blend of mobility exercises, yoga stretches, deep core work, and breathing techniques. This class focuses on enhancing overall athletic performance, preventing injuries, core stability, stress reduction and promoting recovery.
This class benefits athletes of all kinds and is especially popular among student athletes and adult athletes (such as golfers, pickleball players, cross-fitters) and anyone who trains vigorously and/or needs more mobility.
