Poised Fitness is an innovative, holistic approach to health & fitness.

We combine Functional Strength, Pilates, and yoga classes to achieve a well-rounded and effective fitness routine.

Each discipline targets different aspects of fitness, including strength, flexibility, balance, alignment, injury prevention & longevity.

An integrative nutrition guide, healthy recipes and a healthy living guide are included in each new member’s welcome kit. 1 on 1 nutrition coaching is available upon request.

We are slowly adding more class times and qualified instructors to better serve you. Thank you for your patience as we thoughtfully grow our program while maintaining the quality experience you love.

Functional Strength + H.I.I.T

A 50-60 minute circuit style resistance training class consisting of functional exercises (multi-joint movement patterns) and a couple cardio exercises. This resistance training class builds muscle while boosting metabolism resulting in stronger, leaner more defined muscles and improved range of motion. Form over function is priority, meaning we want you to have excellent form before increasing weight.
This class is designed with progressive overload to help you build strength and see measurable progress. Each week, you'll rotate through three different workouts—one on Tuesday, a different one on Thursday, and another on Saturday. These workouts will stay the same for four - five weeks, allowing you to refine your form, increase resistance, and track your improvements before progressing to a new set of workouts.
A new workout is posted the first of each month.
*While consistently changing up your workout may seem less boring, results will also be lacking. Results are important to us as we know they are important to you.

Pilates Fusion

A 50-60 minute energizing class that blends low-impact cardio, Pilates, mindful movement, and light resistance training to build muscular endurance, core stability, and flexibility. Using controlled, high-rep exercises with lighter weights, it enhances posture, stability, and mobility while promoting balance and body awareness.

Restore
(yoga/pilates/mobility)

Restore is a 50-60 minute class designed to complement any fitness routine by improving core strength, flexibility, stability, and balance. Combining elements of Pilates, yoga, and mobility work, this class helps enhance posture, prevent injuries, and promote better movement patterns. It’s an essential addition for those looking to increase overall body awareness, recover effectively, and support longevity in their training. Each session ends with a calming mindfulness practice, leaving you feeling refreshed and restored.
